  • To prepare candidates fully before interview, including the provision of a job description and tips on interviewing, to ensure that they are best placed to secure the role.
  • To provide honest and constructive feedback throughout the application and interview process.
  • To help and guide Candidates on how to write the best CV making sure they stand out in the crowd and get that interview!
  • To always obtain the Candidate’s permission before submitting their CV to a vacancy.
  • To return phone calls within the working day wherever possible.
  • To treat the application with the strictest of confidence.
  • To keep in regular contact with contractors, to provide ongoing support and assist them to get the best out of their new role.
  • To help and guide Candidates through the contract negotiation, resignation and start of a new role.
  • To provide market information within your specialist field and keep Contractors informed of new projects.
