  • Business Analyst (Cash Management- Loans/Deposits/Banking) English Speaker - Switzerland. The role of the Business Analyst is to participate in the implementation of key projects and maintenance requests for users. Your key responsibilities will include: Strong interest in understanding the business products and existing related applications; Development and coding of new enhancements and applications; Participate in the maintenance of existing applications; Assist his project manager in defining the most appropriate solution for maintenance request and the projects; Communicate to the status of the projects under way as well as the list of open issues on a regular basis; Assume ownership of particular applications and providing support to users; Assure that projects follow standards, guidelines and steps as defined in the development methodology; Participate in the user acceptance testing and training of new implementations (including the supervision and preparation of user documentation); Communicate with all resources (internal and external) necessary to deliver these projects.

    Experience handling multiple requests and queries at the same time;
    Continued dedication to providing best of class service at all times;
    Communication skills, analytical skills and validation skills;
    Attention to detail, high level of accuracy;
    Fluent in English;
    Team player and leadership skills;
    Use of good judgement - customer orientation;
    Private Banking experience is a plus;
    Good knowledge of banking concepts (Front-Office, Back-Office or Middle Office);
    Knowledge of Tier Spreads and Currency Spreads
    Strong Database knowledge SQL (writing extracts) (Sybase ASE would be an advantage);
    Be able to read Coding languages eg: JAVA, J2ee, C# ;
    Platform: NT 4.0 workstation on LAN and Client-Server applications mostly using ODBC;
    UNIX would be a plus;
    Knowledge in AS/400 platform is an advantage;
