  • CRM Product Manager (CRM Customer Relationship Management Product Manager Business Analyst Banking Trading Capital Markets Fixed Income FX Equities Money Markets) required by my banking client in Switzerland. You MUST have the following:

    - 2+ years CRM Product Management/Business Analysis experience
    - Banking, trading, capital markets, investment banking experience
    - Knowledge of derivatives such as options, futures, swaps, futures or CFDs

    The following would be DESIRABLE:

    - Knowledge of STP- straight through processing between the front, middle and back offices
    - SQL
    - Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM, Pivotal, Comarch, SalesPage, ClientLogix, Delta CRM, Salentica
    - Document Management System or Content Management System experience

    Role: You will be working as the sole point of contact for the sales and marketing teams as the Product Manager or Business Analysis for the bank's CRM and CMS platforms in Switzerland. You will be coordinating with 4 sales offices and a rapidly growing sales force. You will be gathering requirements and coordinating the development of new and improved functionality. You may even be required to do an assessment of the current CMS. It is likely that this sales force will double in the next 12-18 months. The sales teams will be selling services for a range of products across equities, money markets, commodities and FX, including derivatives such as options, futures, swaps, futures or CFDs. You will be:

    - An excellent communicator- articulate and conversant with both technical and non-technical colleagues
    - Ambitious to progress and develop within the role and department
    - Keen to contribute to the company outside the remit of your official position

    Salary: CHF110-130k (£75k- £90k) + 30-60% Bonus
