  • Desktop Support Engineer (Microsoft Active Directory Windows Office PC Network IT Support) required by my financial client in Zug, Zurich, Switzerland. You MUST have the following experience:

    - 2+ years Microsoft IT Support – helpdesk and desktop
    - Microsoft Active Directory user administration
    - PC, laptop, printer hardware support
    - TCP/IP networking

    The following would be DESRIABLE:

    - Experience with VMware
    - Banking or Finance
    - DNS, DHCP, IIS
    - Windows Server 2008
    - Linux/Unix
    - ITIL
    - Microsoft Certifications
    - German

    Role: You will be working in a team of two desktop engineers supporting a local office of 90 users, in Zug, Zurich, Switzerland. In this English speaking environment, you will be providing day to day desktop support for Microsoft Windows based systems. You will be exposed to some networking and project work led by senior team members. Senior members of the team will mentor and develop you with the target of promoting you within the team. You will be:

    - Articulate with technical and non-technical colleagues
    - Motivated to progress and develop

    Salary: CHF80k-110k (£55k-£75k) + Bonus
