  • Head of SAP Master Data - SAP MDM Global Head - SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Head of Master Data Management

    Head of MDM- Master Data Manager - needed to build a Master Data Organisation. SAP Master Data Manager with at least 8 years of experience in SAP MDM. Excellent hands on SAP Master Data and SAP Data Migration experience. With a proven ability to manage a Team in a high visibility role. Your will report directly to the SAP Program Manager and lead the SAP Master Data Management team.
    The successful Global Manager for Master Data will:

    " Manage the MDM team through our world wide SAP roll-ins, including coordinating offshore resources
    " Support, coach and guide the team through problem definition and issue identification
    " Establish the master data strategy together with the relevant stakeholders
    " Implement and maintain best practice data management procedures
    " Build up the central master data organization
    " Provide leadership and direction in data standardization, data preparation, data architecture, data quality and data integrity improvement initiatives
    " Provide key performance information to the business community
    " Strong leadership skills
    " Profound SAP knowledge and experience
    - + 5 years of hands-on SAP Data Migration experience in SAP
    - + 2 years of hands-on experience setting data strategy and governance policies with global organizations.
    - + 2 years of hands-on SAP MDM configuration experience
    " Very good process understanding
    " Strong communication skills
    " Act as a strategic business partner to all stakeholders in and outside the project team
    " Excellent English skills
    " Knowledge of German or any other languages is beneficial
