    Technical
    " MUREX - good all round knowledge of Murex, preferably V3.x. Particularly Actuate\Datamart reporting.
    " UNIX scripting and some Sybase SQL.
    " Control-M (scheduling tool) / Actuate experience.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    " 2+ years Sybase SQL
    " 1+ years UNIX
    " 2+ years Murex
    " Actuate

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
    MUREX CTB

    " Deliver the technical components for the Murex Programme to the time and quality standards expected.
    " Troubleshoot performance problems, analyse and develop solutions, following development standards and best practises. Identifying and communicating issues and risks to manager as appropriate in a timely manner.
    " Share knowledge and participate as a team member within the Murex CTB IT team.
    " Supporting the day-to-day and out-of-hours Murex technical environment (Actuate/Control-M/Sybase/Unix) as required.
    " Work with or as part of the Global MUREX RTB and CTB Programme - this is a fantastic opportunity to join a key strategic programme with a remaining timescale of 2-3 years.

    Business
    " Understanding of financial products, particularly Interest Rate and FX Derivatives and the FX Cash business.
    " General knowledge of financial markets and investment banking.
    " Preference will be given to candidates who have experience setting up and configuring Murex to meet business requirements.
