  • Oracle, Unix and Windows NT Consultant required by investment bank to support the bank's trading environment. This is a technical role involving configuring the Oracle, Unix & NT environment, trouble shooting, Unix Shell Scripting, configuring user access rights, Oracle tuning and stored procedures, and dealing with NT related support issues including user permissions, NT Security etc. The role will involve taking the initial call and attempting to resolve Oracle technical issues. This role will not suit a specialist Oracle DBA, rather a Consulatnt with a mixture of Oracle, NT and unix skills. Useful skills include investment banking and French language (English is essential).
