This is a technical role involving configuring the Oracle, Unix & NT environment, trouble shooting, Unix Shell Scripting, configuring user access rights, Oracle tuning and stored procedures, and dealing with NT related support issues including user permissions, NT Security etc. The role will involve taking the initial call and attempting to resolve Oracle technical issues.
