    RESPONSABILITIES:
    • Assist actively the end users to solve technical problems in different applications,
    • Ensure communication to Operational users regarding items resolution and ongoing statuses
    • Ensure internal global communication between IT, Management and Operations teams during and after resolution of issues
    • Availability, respect of deadlines and procedures, Strong communication skills
    • Strong knowledge of Oracle 9 or10. Unix Support, Shell scripting, Sql queries.
    • Knowledge of Fund Administration/Fund Accounting (Multifonds FA) or Transfer Agency is Desirable NOT Essential
