  • Quality Assurance and CMMI Analyst, French and English speaker needed for a top tier Bank. The main role for 2010 is twofold:
    1. To set up CMMI MA PA by conducting workshops with IT organization, design processes and tools, produce reporting:
    - define with IT organization representatives the processes regarding MA via workshops (organize, moderate & summarize)
    - write the corresponding support material (procedures, guides, templates, trainings)
    - define supporting tools requirements, test the implementation
    - run the operational reporting, interpreet & present the results (KPIs, IT Scorecards)
    2. To conduct QA reviews with IT organization:
    - define with the IT project / maintenance managers the management deliverables list at start of the activity in accordance with the applicable Software Delivery Life Cycle, answer to derogation requests
    - support and advise them in applying the methodology and improve/adapt the methodology when necessary
    - review at Gates, assure that deliverables are created and content is ok compared with the standard methodology, and create QA Review reports
