With 3 years of experience supporting Global Users of SAP CRM Service. Manufacturing industry experience is desirable as a re skills in In- house repairs and Interaction Centre. You will have worked on deep route cause analysis for SAP CRM Service and have strong knowledge around manufacturing related sub modules of SAP CRM Service .
