    Manager a team of SAP support consultants in a growing team. Develop SAP Support Centre into a professionally managed Global SAP Support Centre. You will motivate, hire and fire, cover reviews, overall performance and training also manage off-shore SAP resources involved in the service delivery. Improve the delivery model.

    Leverage SAP application management best practices and process frameworks to drive continual process improvement. Develop, manage, measure and report on key service-level metrics, including average response time, resolution rate, mean time to repair, cost per incident or enhancement.
